RAM structure is a lightweight, Java-based application that enables you to view the internal components of the random access memory and learn how this component actually works.
RAM structure can help you understand how the memory works by providing you with a graphical representation of the RAM. It enables you to play around with the RAM input components (nChipSelect, nWriteEnable address and data) and view how the data is written to the memory cells.
